Unloading
Springland Automated U-Trough Unload Systems
Springland unloading equipment is designed for high capacity under floor unloading. Only top quality galvanized material is used on Springland unloading systems. Industrial plating of powerheads and components make finishes last longer and resist the elements. Galvanized and plated surfaces are protected from surface damage.
Springland 11” U-trough unload systems can accommodate 7-1/4” or 9” flighting.

Springland Sweeps

Electric Drive Sweep
Hydraulic Drive Sweep
Sweep Reduction Drive
Standard with gear box, electric and hydraulic sweep drive.
Reduction Drive with a ratio of 6.25:1 increases safety by slowing the drive wheel down and this in turn reduces wheel wear. For added safety, a stop limits the sweep to one rotation around the bin. An operator must release the sweep stop from outside the bin in order for the sweep to make another pass around the bin.
Positive Drive System
Where dependable, aggressive sweep action is required, a positive drive system replaces the standard friction drive wheel. The sweep flight drives a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor is used to rotate a steel spoke wheel on the wall-mounted track. An adjustable relief valve will vary how aggressive the sweep advances in order to keep the sweep fully loaded. The system can be added to existing Springland sweeps.
