Wide-Corr's ultra-flat 4” wide corrugation pattern and lack of internal stiffeners delivers far superior bin clean-out, virtually eliminating the possibility of grain hang-up. If contamination of grain varieties is a concern to you, Wide-Corr is the answer.

Reinforced Roof Design

Wide-Corr uses a continuous ring angle (far superior to lighter clip systems on competing bins), to anchor the roof and give it maximum resistance to high winds. Additional roof strength is provided by stiffening rings and extra-deep ribs in the roof sheets. These combine to increase overall structural integrity as well as provide improved resistance to snow loads. The roof's 30° slope promotes quick moisture run off while allowing for maximum usable bin capacity.

Stand-Up Bin Entry

Thanks to Westeel's exclusive Swing-Away door, or Ultra-Door (an extra strong door that comes standard on larger bins), you'll have quick and easy access to the bin's interior without the need of tools. Designed to accommodate even the largest person, you'll be able to enter the bin upright, plus have more room to manoeuvre when using equipment or emptying the bin. For safety, a positive door tie back is used to securely hold the door in open position. Westeel also provides an auger chute (for bins up to 10,000 bushel capacities) to aid in the unloading of bins through the door.

Westeel's engineers have coaxed the maximum strength out of every pound of steel in a Wide-Corr bin to give you superior strength over the entire bin. That means a bin better able to handle the added weight of heavy snow loads, or the structural stress of extreme temperature conditions and heavy winds.

Designed for Easy Assembly

As with all Westeel products, Wide-Corr benefits from a computer assisted manufacturing process that produces precision cut sheets every time. The result is tighter seals at the connection points and an easier to assemble bin overall. Installation of a Circ-Air™ or a full floor aeration system is also easy thanks to the pre-punching of holes in the bottom sheet which makes connection to drying floor flashing a snap. Also, Westeel conveniently packages all hardware together with the assembly instructions in rugged polyethylene pails so there's no wasted time looking for missing parts.

Expandable As Your Needs Grow

Wide-Corr bins can be expanded to the maximum load of the foundation by adding extension tiers later on as you need them, giving you a less costly option to buying more bins down the road. Wide-Corr's separate bottom angle allows easy extension of the height of the bin without discarding the bottom sheets.
